According to the ancient Indian healing tradition of Ayurveda, there are some yoga poses that really can help your skin. This tradition believes that breath work is the first thing to work on if you're struggling with Acne. Since yoga is all about the breath, and practicing "Pranayama" - a breathing meditation in yoga, then this could be a great place to start.
Movement in yoga also helps to detoxify the boy, helping rid the body of acne-causing toxins. If you really think about it... Acne is an imbalance in the body. Practicing yoga is about bringing you back to balance. So it could make perfect sense.
